I have a concrete stamped patio and it faded really bad over the years so I stained it with some Behr concrete stain and now it's peeling and I want to know how I can fix it or make it look better

Hello Coleanne, Try using a floor or concrete Sealer, available at large DIY stores.
I'd start with the Behr website, contact them with questions as to the specific product you bought and applied. www.behr.com/consumer/products/floor-coatings-sealers-and-prep/behr-premium-solid-color-concrete-stain. You might need to power wash and re-etch before another application, consider your patio like you're applying for the first time. Most stains/paint patio products need to cure for about 30 days. You can also apply a sealer topcoat to help preserve it.
The primary reason for the stain to fail on your concrete is that it was not prepped properly the first time. I am not saying you did not do this but that is usually the number one reason that stains and coatings fail.
Rent or borrow a power washer with at least 3000 psi. Power Wash the concrete to within an inch of its life. Do an excellent job. The better you get it cleaned the better the rest of it is going to look.
Buy some Acid etcher and apply as the directions specify. FOLLOW them to the letter.
After etching if there is any left over stain or dirt in the cracks crevices etc. Get a wire brush and scrub them lightly until it comes loose. You do not want to scratch the concrete surface. In the cracks and crevices you will not notice it as much.
Your surface should be immaculate. Use a broom, brush and blower to remove any dust or debris.
Buy and apply a good quality stain. Follow the directions to the letter.
I have learned over the years NOT to apply stains and coatings in the direct sunlight. It is also better to apply the stain when the surfaces are cool.
Early in the morning works well if you can easily finish before it gets too hot.
Follow the after application instructions also. Like do not walk on it for x number of hours/days etc. If you live in a humid environment double that number of hours just to be safe. Do not rush the dry and curing time.
This is the second most popular reason that coatings fail.
If applicable apply a good quality clear coat sealant.
This article compares acid-based concrete stains and water-based stains. This should help you choose which one is right for you. There is also a video and step-by-step instructions to help with the application. Good luck - https://www.lowes.com/projects/paint-stain-and-wallpaper/stain-interior-concrete-floor/project
