The simplest thing is to trick the eye by moving the right molding in 3 inches and covering the bring with some drywall compound to blend it into the wall and level the brick into the wall. If the brick stands out substantially from the wall, then even just painting it will trick the eye into making the fireplace look centered.
As for the hearth, the brick will continue to extend the full width. You could risk shortening that to even it out. However, often the end bricks will be solid, bit the field bricks may have holes to help them lock into place. So removing an end brick on the hearth may not always be a good idea.
The other option it to move the left molding 3 inches left and either faux paint more bricks to add three inches. Or look for z-bricks that match your bricks. These are think brick slivers that apply to the wall like tile.
I'd leave it, but paint the brick to freshen it up then put a LARGE vase or pot with grasses/reeds on the right side to trick the eye. Make the vase/pot the focal and you won't notice the uneven brick anymore!
The problem lies more with the mantle. The bottom seems like it was not centered below the top horizontal piece. Can you remove the bottom piece and recenter it? It’s painted brown so you can repair any damage from removal with putty and even add more molding to hide it, then paint it again... even change the color if you want. Or just remove it and build a new mantle. Good luck!
