How do I create a tall wall of plants as quickly as possible?
My neighbor’s yard is a higher level than mine and I can’t figure out a way to get a little privacy that looks good and doesn’t take too long. Thanks!

I would consider lattice, you can put it up like a pergola as well so you have a "ceiling" to block them from view. Lattice is also great for climbing plants. Depending on where you live your local garden center could tell you the hardiest and fastest growing vines.

Depending on where you live, Vinca and Ivy grows quickly and is very hardy. You could build planter boxes and add lattice to the back and then vines to fill in.
