Bathroom Paint and Li'l Creative Update Under $30
DIY? Count $5K minimum up to $14K for a DIY bathroom.
Choice of appliances comes first because that may change construction and plumbing already in place. Do the new construction and plumbing first. Then repairs or replacement of the floor, assuring the foundation is secure for any large tubs or showers, second. Third, install the appliances and connect to plumbing and other utilities. Fourth, do all wall and tile and painting work above the floor, and replace/repair/paint the ceiling. That’s a BIG #4! Fifth, replace lighting and add shower curtain, towels and all accessories. If you chose well and worked wisely, you should have a wonderful bathroom. Please share your work on Hometalk. ☺️
