You may need to open up those lights and check the batteries. Depending on its age it may need replacing or cleaning as dirt of "critters" (eight legged kind) may have found it's way into the compartment. If they're the expensive kind, check out the price of re-chargeable batteries for all of your lights. If too expensive, you may therefore need to replace them all. But don't throw them out! Keep some and replace the batteries with the rechargeable ones and use them elsewhere! On the patio table or near the sidewalk steps!
Solar lights are generally dim since they work off rechargeable batteries. Cleaning the solar panel and replacing the batteries may help. Make sure you use rechargeable batteries. Regular batteries will not work.
