How to replace hardwood laminate flooring and paint concrete flooring?
I laid laminate hardwood flooring from my living room to my dining room and it has bubbled up in less than a year I would like to take up the flooring and paint the concrete under need to look like ceramic tiling any suggestions. PSI have very limited skills but I love the DYI sight

Concrete is very porous, the flooring bubbled up from moisture. The concrete needs to be sealed really well. Also, is the flooring glued to the concrete? How did you attach it?
Not a good sign. Find out why you have so much moisture in your concrete. Paint won't hold up to this. May want to consider ceramic tile.
Have you considered concrete stain?
