What can I do to keep raccoons out of my flower beds and flower pots?
Do you have a border on your flowerbeds? That will help some.
Lcm, do you live in Kentucky? You may have to move your flower beds into big pots. Then you can plow and dig out all the dirt two feet deep in the flowerbeds. Move that dirt to a bluegrass-welcome area. Put down a grainular herbicide for grasses. Then lay two layers of ground cover in the bed. Place a layer of big rocks, then smaller rocks, then loam and compost, then topsoil. That’s a lot, even for two feet deep! But that is your best bet of having a clean flower bed. However, grass seed travels on the wind. It won’t take long before the bed is contaminated again. Best wishes for now! ❤️
