You could use thrift shop cutting boards. Cut them in half lengthwise. Fasten brackets to the bottom and secure to the wall. You could also attach cup hooks to the underside of the shelf for hanging kitchen utensils, potholders if using it in the kitchen. Or toothbrushes, shower nets, etc in the bathroom.
Hang square and rectangle baskets
Hi Nasreen,
It looks like you're looking for a project that you saw on Hometalk. Try using Hometalk's search feature on the upper left where it says "Find your next project". Put in a few key words from the project you saw. If you can't find it there, consider in your computer history. Open a new tab and press Ctrl h. That will bring up a list of websites you've visited. Scroll down the list until you see hometalk.com and the project name. That should help you find it. Click to open it. Use the back button if it's not the right one to go back to your history. Wishing you the best -Linda
Hi Nasreen. I'm Cindy. You could use a wooden chair to make shelves with. Cut the back of the chair off. Cut the seat in half and use the 2 pieces for shelves. You could also use the back of the chair. Hang it on the wall and use it for a place to hang towels and dish cloths.
