when we built our house, I went to the big box stores and found the mirrors that we wanted for each bath. suggest that you do the same, but nowadays, you can internet your way around to find a good substitute for a decent price.
you Can add a frame to it. Just allow for the clips that hold it in place. You can also tile around it.
Frame it. or Double frame if 2-sink vanity. Glue wood on mirror. Paint any mirror still showing. You don't even have to take it down.

Other than putting a frame around it, there's not much more you can do other than changing it out.
Try framing it with pieces of trim. Then you can paint or stain the frame any color you'd like.
You can trim it out with wood if you like the rustic look :-) or add a wood applique to the corners!
