Any file cabinet will work. They are designed to hold standard 8 x 11 paper as well as legal size with room to spare.
Lateral file cabinets are the most pricey of the file cabinets. You can look for an office furniture reseller, or a office furniture liquidator to find one at the best price. Check the classifieds in the newspaper for any local auctions of office equipment. Check before the sale if they are selling individually or in lots.
