Hi Colleen,
I know they sell really skinny can organizers but here are also some diy ideas for you to try!

I prefer this style if you have a wide variety of items. The others are great if you never need that can that is in the back of the rack. I'm looking at building some of these into our cabinets instead of buying them.

You could try a stacked lazy susan! Maybe something like this: https://amzn.to/2Qh2Ksh
Hi, I not only had little cupboard space , but I am short , and could only reach the bottom shelf comfortably and whatever was up front on the second shelf, in a few of the cabinets. What i did was use a little wall space. I had an area of about 30 inches in the corner of the the kitchen, so I put up shelves using salvaged wood and metal plumbing piping. It was very easy. I used this shelving for baking supplies , pasta, bread crumbs, after transferring them into jars. That left my cupboard space for cans and boxed goods.
