Anyone else have bad tomatoesthis year?
My tomatoes were bad! They looked water logged. I did not over water them at all. They went bad before they were even ripped. Also have something eating them. This was a bad year for me. Anyone one else have problems?

Hi Ellen. I had issues with mine too. The weather was too humid and hot even at night for them. Then we got hit with tons of rain. Not a good year for me.
I had the most gorgeous tomatoes this year planted the new Buroee beef stale. Huge no marks on them. Used Back to Eden method, look it up on line.
i usually plant deep this time I didn’t. After I planted I put several inches of wood chips on top of the soil. If it rained and the plants were wet I did not go near them until they were dry. I used dry cow manure on top of the wood chips then watered when I first planted. I only had to water a few times all summer. I have planted tomatoes for 40 years and these were my best.
