Have you tried an acetone polish remover? Use it in a small corner first to make sure your mirror doesn't react adversely. Good luck.
Try rubbing alcohol.
Rubbing alcohol should dissolve it. Pour on a clean cloth or paper towel, rub/wipe until it starts coming off. Once off, clean as normal.
Try a little shampoo mixed with warm water.

Try baby wipes!! Lol
Mix one-part vinegar with four parts water and pour it into the spray bottle. Spray the solution onto the cotton cloth or directly onto the mirror. Before the spray dries, wipe the mirror from side to side or up and down with the cotton cloth. Never wipe the mirror in circles.

nail varnish remover, meth. spirits, Surgical Spirit etc.
Hairspray has an alcohol base, so alcohol will dissolve it.
Rubbing alcohol will quickly remove it. Just apply the alcohol to a paper towel or soft cloth and wipe the hair spray away.
