The stain around the drain won’t come off w/scrubbing pads or pumice stone. It’s a tough stain. Seems to be embedded.
Hi Diana, this is what I do. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water stains and let it work. Since they are old stains, you will have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
Have you tried white vinegar? That works on it usually. Spray it on and leave it on.
I use White vinegar which has been heated up about a cup, then add Dawn Ultra and mix. Let it cool and then put in a spray bottle. Add water to fill bottle. Spray it on and leave it overnight. Rinse. If there is still hard water stains, repeat and before rinsing, use a scrub brush or magic eraser.
After you get it clean, spray down the shower at least weekly and no scrubbing will be necessary. As a side note this is a great mixture to keep potty clean.
Limeaway spray! Found at grocery store. It’s very strong so after you spray, leave the room and let it work😉
Your very welcome
