Outdated, not liveable mini home?

I recently purchased a small piece of land that has a mini home on it. The mini home is not livable as it fell of the blocks "possibly" breaking the septic line. Question, "Is it possible to raise and rebuild it" or "Should I strip it down and send it to the waste plant"? I am open to suggestions!

You should probably check with your local building inspector who can guide you.

Most likely rebuildable or repairable & much less cost than replacing the mini home unless it too has extensive structural damage. I would contact the builder of the home & get their opinion & estimate for costs of repairs. They will have all the original plans & specs of the home to put it back into original condition meeting current home safety codes & standards.

Costs for the inspection & estimates will likely be minimal if anything given they would be original builders & ahead of the game in knowing just what to do rather than wasting time & efforts chasing requirements. Hope this helps.

    Try to sell it first
