How much will a plumber charge for re routing lines ?

In my master bathroom my feed lines come up through the floor, ughhh... It is making shopping for a new vanity very difficult. None of the vanities come drilled with a hole in the bottom , they all have open space in the back. I know my husband can drill holes in the bottom , but it will still be hard to install, since one side of the vanity is against a wall. Since most come fully assembled, it would be hard to lift it up and over the feed lines, working blind ( if the top is attached ) we want a solid wood base , which are pretty expensive, to be cutting holes into. Also if there was ever a plumbing issue, you wouldn't be able to slide the vanity foward to work on it.
so I am wondering about how much would it cost to have the feed lines re routed from the floor to the wall ?

We just replaced the vanity with the same situation. My husband drilled holes in the bottom of the vanity, pulled the pipes thru and went from there.

I'm not a plumber, but the cost is going to vary based on the work required, which may not be easy to determine until you get stuck into the project. One question is why is the plumbing coming through the floor to begin with? If you want to reroute the plumbing to an outside wall, you need to be careful about freezing if you live in a cold climate. Is there something structural in the way that required the plumbing to come through the floor? Which way do your floor joists run? With flexible PEX , you can run lines almost anywhere, so the project is doable. The hourly cost of a plumber varies widely. Get a few quotes and see who does the most thorough inspection before giving you a price. If it is just opening a little bit of floor to get to the wall and a little wall to get to the height you need, it's not a terribly difficult job.
