You will need supports at the wall and then some type of posts to hold up the low end of your frame. Cover frame with OSB sheeting, then add shingles. Be sure to have flashing at the wall to prevent water intrusion into your wall.
What is the purpose of this? To shelter firewood from rain? To put the lawnmower in?
If you want it to be an addition to your garage or house, then you need to get an architect or accredited architectural designer involved. Foundations & structures are just the beginning of requirements.
