Looks like good old vinegar would be your best option. See below:

50/50 Apple cider vinegar and water and add a squirt of dawn
My mom got a deal on a home because it has been smoked it. We spent three days scrubbing from top to bottom. You'd never know it was smoked in now. We used Mean Green to get rid of the smoke on the walls and cabinets. You'll need a lot of rags!
We had one person washing walls. They would hand the rag to someone else who rinse it very well. Then we soaked the rags in bleach water to get them clean and repeated.

I would also recommend Krud Kutter to clean the cabinets.
Mix 1 cup ammonia, 1/2 cup distilled vinegar & 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 gallon hot water. Use a rag to wash the film off. No need to rinse. Cabinets will look like new. This is the only solution I use for everything except unpainted surfaces, raw wood & fine furniture.
Straight vinegar then dish soap
