How to hang oil lamps?
not sure was clear enough in my description of problem. J have several oil lamps that I want to hang on wall. These are old glass kerosene lamps. Have seen something in past that was mounted on a board and had piece that went partially around neck of lamp and held it securely

Hello Sharon, I have a large collection of Oil lamps and have displayed them on shelves without the need to support the body or neck. Do you mean Gimbal Lamps(Special bracket)? Or are you just worried they may fall. I found the answer is to make sure the shelves have enough fixings and are secure or better still display on free standing strong furniture..........
What about those metal hanger you use for hanging plants that go on the wall. If you don't like the color you could spray paint them with a metallic paint. Good lucki.
