How can I update my powder room?
I want to use an aqua vintage wood, peel and stick wallpaper lower walls only, tile around the counter sink walls, and paint the sink cabinet and mirror gray. Cabinet and mirror frame is wood stained oak now. I want the upper walls painted to match wallpaper. I have a pewter storage rack over the toilet I like. I There is a ligth bar and ceiling fan, but no window. I have a low cost budget, fixed income. How can you help?

First rule of interior design is not to cut a small room in half. Consider wallpapering the entire walls and paint the ceiling the color you were going to use above the wallpaper. Very high end look. Hopefully there's a little grey in the wallpaper to tie it all together. Sounds like you are on your way to a very cool bathroom
Thanks for your reply. I plan to use the wallpaper railroaded so that the planks are horizontal. I'm starting at the bottom to save waste of wallpaper. Can anyone help me with paint over woodstain?
