You have a beautiful piece of property!
I put stones on the top and built a seating area.
Put rocks on it to hold it down.
The usual reason for a container to lift out of the ground is a high water table. The container has to be nearly empty though. Do you live near a river or marsh? Does a gutter empty out at this spot? I know of no other reason for a pool to rise above ground level.
Hi Ronda, I know this response is late, but you need to add some weight to the preform pond, try some pea gravel or washed rock in the bottom of the pond, this will also help keep the water clear, you can use sand as a base as well, this will provide better drainage under the pond.
Hi Ronda, your problem is water getting under and lifting it and add some sand for drainage to the underside, and underneath it, also try to avoid draining the pond close to it, which will cause it to bob up as it loses the water weight, you could also add some flat stones to the top edge to hold it in place.
