You can always frame the mirror with molding. The easiest way is to buy corners at Home Depot or Lowes, and cut straight lines. Use Loctite Power Grab glue works like a charm. When painting the molding, remember to paint the back 1/3 of the way as it shows in the mirror. If you are good with miter cuts, you do not need the corner pieces.
