I prefer wrapping any bulbs in newspaper, place them in plastic freezer bags and storing them in the bottom refrigerator drawer, or in a cardboard box under a bed. As the bulbs lose their moisture naturally, the newspaper will absorb it. The freezer bags will contain the dirt odor, and the drawer and box keep the bulbs cool and dry. Best wishes, zz! ☺️
