The most simple method I have found is temporary tattoo paper and waterside paper, they are perfect every time. No waiting works in secounds no rubbing. I have two projects you can look at to see how they turned out. I have also used mod podge and gel medium but all those graphic were redone at least 3 or 4 times.

Most people use gel medium and mod podge which Is what I used below. You can not dispute the top two are far superior in quality.
