If they would fit a test tube you could use them as tiny bud vases https://www.heartsandsharts.com/hanging-test-tube-wall-planter/
Maybe use a different decoration idea and use colorful tiny straw flowers. I used them in a bud vase on my desk and everyone commented because they were so tiny and bright.
Hi, Use them for silk plants that trail ...........
Hi it seems you had your air plants indoors they need fresh air and will do better if wedged in a tree. Try fake plants to display on those wall mounted fixtures good luck.
Test tubes with flowers
Where on the wall are they located? Are they near a window, centered on the wall, near a door? You might be able to use them to hand festive holiday decorations at Christmas?
You could paint them white to brighten them up or leave as is. The little bottles with tiny flowers is a great idea and very cute! Or just stick a couple of fake flowers (tulips are nice in these) cutting the stems to fit the board.
Turned sideways, they make great holders for a pipe turned curtain rod....
Put little glass vials in them and use them as bud vases for single stems of flowers or limbs.
How about pretty colored bottles from them where the bottle would be the decoration, no need to put any flowers in.
