Try just spraying them with soapy water!
Ugh! I hate 'em too! A mixture of 2 cups water with 4tsp garlic powder in a spray bottle, alternatively, a mixture of 2 cups water with about 10 drop mint oil (any type). They alse will be repelled with catnip sprinkled around plants and windowsills. Hope this helps a bit 😊
Whatever you do, don't vacuum them up. Dead or alive, you will have to replace hoses and filters. Soapy water works but we have such a big problem I've resorted to hiring a pest control company. It's $80 every 3 months and they take care of stink bugs, lady bugs, roaches, mice, chipmunks, spikers, hornets, and more. We have been infested at our farmhouse. :(
Get a pint size jar w/lid and and add about 1/2 cup of clorox and a 1/4 cup of water..Shake well. When you see a stink bug on your wall (outside or inside) , gently hold the jar under the stink bug and it will fall right in the jar. I do this every year and it works great. Empty the jar when needed. Do not swat them. Other stink bugs will smell the stink and will think it is a good place to be - and they will swarm to your house. Good Luck!
