Egypt water plant. An annual...grows on the edges of the nile/ponds/rivers I have bought this plant every year from our local pond store. LOVES water....I grow it in a tub on my deck. Gets huge! Mine is over 5 feet tall. I would say it is in the catagory of "pond plants"
