You can add baseboard heaters.
Duraflame make some very pretty heaters. I particularly like the one that looks like a lantern.
I would put a plug in out there and then a heater.
Space heaters come in many options. Use to have a 500 sq ft enclosed porch and two, small space heaters on wheels kept it warm.
