Peel and stick laminate bed board, advice?

Looking to put wood looking planks on the wall before i put in my twin vanities. They would go up about 4 feet. Kinda like bead board. Need some advice please.

Hello there. My name is Cindy. I have seen several posts on this subject. One homeowner used very thin painter's tape to look like grout and then used paint to create the look of ship lab. Another one created a ship lab back splash with mini blinds. They cut off the ends of the mini blinds to discard the string holes and glued the slats to the wall for a back splash. Which ever method you choose, don't forget to stagger the seams. Best of luck to you.
Are you talking about a backsplash type of wall cover? If so, two things, one, you don't put a backsplash behind vanities unless they are furniture like pieces. With standard cabinets, you install the cabinets and then the backsplash on top of it. Second, that isn't a good material to use where it could get wet. They are usually made with a particle board type backing that if it gets wet, can swell, flake and warp. It probably isn't the best material to use in a bathroom.
Hardi cement board. Has a woodgrain texture like planks. Available at the big box store, . It is designed for damp places, will not hold water. If you can't find vinyl wall planks use vinyl floor planks. Glue each board stick on wall. Make sure to stagger seams.
Go to big box store and buy a sheet of 4 x 8 bead board. Use finish nails to attach. Or something that would be cool is the brick panel and then faux paint the brick to look old. That would be the easiest way to do this is wall panel board. There are so many options.
And the cheapest also as it runs about 25.00 a sheet. The other suggested materials are going to be way more expensive.
