Definitely a Hydrangea with drying flower heads.
P.G. Hydrangea , after fall colors have started to show . These days there are many types of PGs , different flower size , dwarf varieties , flower color (all pretty much white , but maybe slight pink tone) , etc . Do a little homework to see what works for you , easy plant to grow !
All agree looks like a Hydrangea.

There are many kinds of hydrangeas and thi is a tree hydrangea. There are lots of variations including bushes which are the ones which can have different color flowers depending on your soil's acidity level.
Look up oak leaf hydraengea.

If you want blue flowers, add a generous amount of lime to the soil around the base (not citrus lime, but garden store lime). If you want pink flowers, add lots of used coffee grounds around the base. Intensity of color will depend on how much product you add. Play with it! You may end up with a two toned bush,
