How to grow calla lilies in pots
From one purchased calla lilly in one season we seem to have produced dozens in one pot.
But none of the plants have produced lillies. Should I let the plant go dry through the winter then remove the best looking bulbs (?) to replant in the Spring. Or is Sacramento summer temp too much for calla lillies? And thanks Naomi for your past help.

If your calla lily is not blooming due to too much nitrogen, the plant will grow rapidly and be lush. ... Switch your fertilizer to one that is higher in phosphorus than nitrogen to make calla lilies bloom. If your calla lilies are not planted in an area that gets plenty of water, this may be causing them not to bloom.
Perhaps there are too many plants in the one pot. You may need to go to a larger pot or divide them into more than one pot.
