How do I get wax from wax ring under toilet off my tile floor??
I have tried bleach, Ajax cleanser, SOS scrubber, candle wax remover,turpentine, all with no luck, does not scrape off with plastic wax remover or putty knife. Any ideas?

Try heating it up, maybe that will let you scrape it off. A heat gun if you have one, or at least try a blow dryer on high heat?
Blow dryer on hot, paper towels
Lay paper towels or newspaper on floor and iron--the paper will absorb it.

I would try mineral spirits
A good plumber knows never to set a removed toilet on anything but old old paper, rag, or throw away towel. Make them come back and clean it.

Acetone the kind you get in the hardware store not nail polish remover will remove the wax.
