Can I paint the sink ring or repair it. Do I need to call someone to replace it.

My bathroom vanity sink has separated from the granite countertop. Any suggestions on how to re-attach? Should I call a plumber or a granite installer?
Save that plumber money for your next dig project or vacation fund, you can easily fix this yourself!

Plumber in my area would charge over $100 for that. Save you hard earned cash.
I scrub mine with Crest toothpaste and stiff toothbrush(old one of course)this way doesn't scratch sink if you have acrylic, quartz something softer or if it's real bad and you have a cast iron sink under ceramic/porcelain Which is what I have in 2nd bathrm I use ZUD(it's a cleanser kinda like Comet)
Try cleaning it first with WD 40.
