I use a damp sponge to wipe my cabinets clean. Good luck!

If they are paint grade I use a Dawn solution and scrub therm. Then if there are areas, usually near the handles, that are still sorry make a paste with baking soda and water and lightly scrub those areas. Then rinse and dry. If they are furniture grade I use a furniture polish. You clean and then you buff with a clean cloth.

Judith Hi. Try some Murphy's Oil Soap, this is just for wood. Follow the instructions on the back. You'll find this in the cleaning isle next to other cleaners for wood. Aloha!

For light cleaning, use a furniture cleaner. I prefer OrangeGlo. If you have build up, mix a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and scrub with a soft child's toothbrush.

The cabinet builder who did my kitchen reminded me that cabinets are wood and should be treated like a fine piece of furniture.

  • I use TSP substitute powder mixed with water in a spray bottle, wipe with a clean rag. Works brilliantly and there's no build up from other products.
