Hang a picture over it.
Before doing anything, check with your utility company. Even though mine are read electronically, it is still not allowed to cover or box them in. The best I could do was paint the same color of the house. If you can, here are some fantastic ideas.

Plant a fast growing shrub that will grow tall enough to hide it. If that looks unbalanced on that side of the house, consider planting 3 or more plants in some design in the area in front of the box.
We can't actually cover ours due to code so we built a planter that sits a few feet in front of it and planted a trailing vine that hides the box yet allows easy access.
