If it is latex it will scrub off. Dampen and scrape off with your fingernail.
Paint stripper is one option, or you can use a sander to remove the paint.
Be careful stripper could melt your floor and sander will damage it. If oil based, just have to pick at it.
Goof Off.

I am sometimes a bit of a slob when I'm painting and so have had latex or chalk paint drip on the floor. Usually with laminate or wood floors that have a finish on them, the paint will just scrape off. Get the paint a little wet with some mild soapy water; let it sit for a few minutes and then go scrap/wipe it off. Works just about every time. This works for drips, which are usually a bit thick. If the paint is in a smear, you may have to use a green scrubbie and scrub gently until all of the paint is gone. I'd be very careful about using strippers, because they might damage the laminate finish.
Thank you very much
