use oxy clean to the green stuff- a stout mix, almost a paste. I let it set for a day, then power hosed it off after 24 h. you might consider a sanded paint for your deck. the sand adds traction. the oxy wont hurt any of your plants or grass.
Clean, then apply Wet n' Forget outdoors, liberally, using a garden sprayer. Apply on overcast day. Wet surrounding vegetation, or cover it, prior to application. It may take several months, but works well.
