Did the reglazing company cause this? If so, call them to rectify situation. Otherwise, you might try epoxy, but given chance of major water leak, it might be safer to replace.
I would call the person who did the reglazing and ask them what to do - most of the info I could find suggests replacing the tub or doing the inserts over the tub

How long ago was it recoated. It only last a few years. I'll bet the warranty was for 1 year. If still in warranty call them back.
