I'm a huge fan of Kiwi Brands Mink Oil for smooth leather. Don't use it on the suede, but I've treated my leather jacket a couple times with it and it is a miracle product.
Clean/ wipe off any dirt on the jacket. Use a soft, cloth to apply the mink oil to your smooth leather- I spread my jacket out on a table. Start with just a small amount till you see how it works. Leather will darken initially, but leave your coat for a bit too let it soak in and it will look great. Waterproofs too
Hi - for suede if there are just some marks, take very fine sand paper (like for finishing fine furniture) and sand the spots. It will remove the soil and raise up the nap. Also try a suede brush. It will raise up the nap.
Hi Lisa S.
thank you.
Try filling a garbage bag with jjacket and salt give good shake a few times clean with soft brush then treatleather.
if it's any thing oil based like around collar or sleeves you can put baking soda on it let sit gently rub out with suede brush on suede areas.https://www.google.com/search?q=DIY+cleaning+leather+and+suede&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS750US750&oq=DIY+cleaning+leather+and+suede&aqs=chrome..69i57.10940j1j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
