How do I repair vanity mirror?
Is there a way to restore the "mirror" finish to the back of a vanity mirror, without having to replace it? Only a few places along the edge are worn off. Thanks!

It's called "re-silvering" (resilvering?). I've never tried it but you could Google it. Might be worth a try if replacing the mirror is the only other option!
Hi. Water and cleaners destroy the silver backing on mirrors. There is no easy fix. Consider having the mirror cut down if it's a big one (fairly cheap) or you can paint the front to make it look like a frame around the mirror covering the damaged edges. Good luck!
