There are lots of ideas out there for you. Depending on whether you want them organized in a drawer or organized out of the drawer (in pencil holders etc.) You can also use a set of mason jars to hold pens and pencils. You can cut off the bottoms of cereal boxes and wrap them in pretty paper. No need to buy new!
free and easy craft! Just use a empty can from soup, etc. Decorate with spray paint, contact paper, craft paper, etc. Easy and free!

I buy the largest prettiet coolest mugs at resale shops for .50-$1.00 and keep them on my desktop to hold my pens n pencils! I also use one on my cocktail. table to hold my 3 remote controls! works great looks great!
I have a lot of different pens, rulers scissors etc as I teach craft. I find using s fabric shoe over the door hanging the best way to store them, they are easier to get to and to see what you have without taking a lot of room.
