I make a paste with baking soda and bleach. Make it thick so it will cling to the sides of the sink. I apply it before bed and let it sit overnight. Amazing how good the sink looks in the morning after scrubbing. A plus is that you can use the baking soda mixture to scrub with no comet needed.

Vinegar and baking soda should do it. Or you can try Bar Keepers Friend. Stay away from bleach, Ajax, comet, etc., as over time it eats off the factory finish. Even vinegar (or any acid) will eventually ruin the finish if left to sit too long without rinsing.
Hello Mar,
I have had favorable results from Barkeepers Friend.
