If it is anything like mine, I get mold around the edges of my shower floor. I block up the drain and fill the base with water to cover the moldy edges and add bleach and let it soak. It removes it all.
Better ventilation! Run the exhaust fan for at least 20 minutes, open a window if there is one. Even a portable fan will help. Vinegar will kill the spores.

An exhaust fan run every time you shower or bath.
You need ventilation to help with preventing it. You can kill mold with 1/2 bleach 1/2 water let sit or use Tilex and scrub with nylon scrub brush. Once clean be sure to seal it with grout sealer.
try to keep the door/window open to increase air circulation, use fan if it has one, install fan if possible even in window if that's an option, wipe down walls, ceiling, tiles with towel even inside shower so condensation doesn't stay, keep towels and wash cloths spread out so they dry well, use bleach on grout, caulking to kill it,remove any caulking, ceiling paint that has it bad and redo it.
