How do I get rid of weed without toxic sprays?

The weeds are oxarlis they have like a ton of tiny bulbs in the soil. I have virtually been chucking the soil out with the weeds into our green waste bin.

I am lazy. I just use boiling water, Epsom salt followed by boiling water or vinegar, depending on what and where.
