Rocio, do you mean Gecko lizards? These are extremely beneficial around the house because they help control the insect and spider population. In general, peppermint oil repels sensitive creatures such as spiders and mice. You can try this. There's also a product call Fresh Cab from Earthkind that repels various pests. They make several varieties.
do you mean GNATS ? I've never seen a 'transparent' gecko ... they are a great asset to gardners and homeowners in the tropics as they feed exclusively on insects ... if gnats -- ( fruit flies ) Apple cider vinegar in little dishes works well, as for scorpions .. -- not a one step process --http://bugweedmart.com/2011/12/how-to-get-rid-of-scorpions/
Oh my goodness! I am having this same problem.
Chickens eat scorpions.
these little geckos come in where they have an access point; cracks around the windows, in the foundation, between the floor and molding; under your doors...seal those area sand they won't get in; but it seems to me that the more of these little guys you have, the less spiders and other insects you have; and sealing those cracks will help keep the scorpions out as well...
