How do I preserve my evergreen wreath?
Is there a spray? All the sprays I have found on the internet are for living plants and not cut evergreen branches. Any suggestions? My wreath doesn't have a Christmas theme so I'd like to keep it on the door for a few months.

I have never heard of preserving a wreath. Evergreens will start to shed needles after a few weeks...some may last a longer time, but I doubt it will for several months. That is why so many people use silk flowers and greenery in wreaths.
You may try a spray polyurethane to seal the wreath. That should keep it fresher for a longer time.
Spray with anti-desiccant you can buy it at local plant nursery, keep greenery out of sun and in cooler local. Before you apply the anti-desiccant trim branch/stalks to open the ends then soak in room temp. water for about 15 minutes, then let dry, then apply. You can do this with wreath too just use shallow plastic tub. Obviously if it's already decorated you can't unless you remove all decor, prep then treat greenery. Dried arrangements you can spray with super hold hairspray from dollar store this will keep them from continuing drying out, falling apart or shedding seeds.
I would use a clear polyurethane spray.
Hello Rymea,
As a Florist, might I suggest you either invest in a Foam Wreath Frame or make your own by whetting oasis and wrapping it in foil and sandwich wrap to seal the water in, or add a trough or container to the wreath frame you have to hold the wet oasis. You will need to condition the flowers and or foliage well before using (soak overnight). You will still need to top up the water if you wish it to last a couple of months if using fresh plant material and maybe replace some bits from time to time. Hope that helps! Otherwise use Dried or artificial foliage/flowers and Dried Block.
Hello again,
If entering a competition I would immerse the foliage in water overnight for the leaves to absorb the water too. Evergreen foliage will stay fresher longer than deciduous......
