Can you check if they need to be caulked?
Good luck with that.
I believe you can use a water-based silicone sealant. It goes on with a caulk gun and it comes in clear. It will waterproof the seal. Good luck! A greenhouse would be so cool to have!

Is the problem actually coming from the venting windows? Do they seal up tight when closed? I would check your latches to be sure you have a good seal, you may need to update the seals if they are cracked and worn. Recaulking stationery windows is an ongoing process, right?
