If you're talking about epoxy, I have. Do not use white as your base. It yellows with time. No matter what the label says. Pour more than you think. Don't be stingy with it. Really flood the surface. Tarp off everything. It's a messy process.

What counter resurfacing product?
Hi Rita! I'm not sure exactly what resurfacing product you are referring to, but I can tell you how to paint your kitchen counter tops with Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint! :)
It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle:
Step one: Clean with White Lightning
Step two: Apply two coats of Slick Stick
Step three: Paint one to two coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint
Step three: Use Gator Hide for a water-repellent finish
