How to stop water leak through bathroom tiles?
I can see a water patch in the downstair wall and right on top is the upstair shower area. The shower area is fully tilled. I can see a tiny gap between the wall and floor tiles. I think tile grout will not help to stop this.

You need at least some kind of caulking to fill that gap, but are you sure that's the leaky spot? Caulk the area where the floor and wall meet, let it cure, then see if that's the spot. If it is, great. If you still have a leak, you'll need to do some investigating. Water can be getting behind the tile higher up, too.
You're right just grout won't help. Try the caulk , if that doesn't work it could be a pin hole in a pipe. Finding water problems solutions are always so frustrating.
First you need to find the water leak and fix it. Otherwise everything in the path of the leak will rot out and start to mold. And if it goes that far, it can turn into a very, very expensive repair. You may need a contractor. Here is how to hire one.

You will need to make sure that anything that got wet is thoroughly dried. It's possible your grout is failing which should be done BEFORE caulking the areas where the wall and floor meet.
You may also have a crack in an old pipe in your floor below your shower or toilet. Water leaks will seek lowest point, but can take a year to be noticeable.
Before this becomes a ridiculously expensive repair, call in a professional.
