What is a Val wreath? Valentines?
Hi Mogie, I think it is actually that a person named Val makes various types and styles of wreaths and has her wreaths posted on Pinterest. Here's the link to Wreaths by Val.

Select a HEART shaped frame -- in 'season' they are available in grape vine, or wire frames ... or you could make your own ... not sure what 'deco mesh' is -- but if you're using CHICKEN WIRE type mesh, cut long strips ( at least 24" in width, and 2' long, ) roll in to a 'tube' shape, then using TWO pieces, make 'half' a heart ( sort of like a candy cane shape);
Attach the two ends ( one facing left, the other to the right) with florist wire.
you could put artificial apples ( red ) inside the 'tubes' before tying together, or leave 'empty' and use ribbon, artificial florals/greenery to fill in the wire frame.
Obviously I may have misinterpreted your question --
Close your eyes and envision what you want. I would use chicken wire for the shape and wrap with deco mesh.
